I am EMDR trained and work with individuals who have suffered trauma in their lives. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help achieve self-awareness and the ability to regulate emotions, distress tolerance and help with interpersonal relationships. I offer Pastoral Counseling, marriage and family therapy.
