Are There Bad Reviews of Elevations RTC?

Written by Elevations RTCPosted on

Parents everywhere are faced with important decisions every day concerning their child’s well-being: education, safety, care, etc. Sometimes, a parent must make the decision as to whether or not to place their child in a residential treatment program in order to help them with their continuing struggles. It’s a difficult decision, one that comes after much thought and perhaps personal agony.

We, at Elevations Residential Treatment Center (RTC) understand this; we know that you will not entrust your child to just anyone, and that the choices you make for them now will likely determine their entire future. It’s an overwhelming thing.

So we also understand that when you have finally made that decision, and look into schools, then decide on Elevations RTC—that reading negative reviews can be highly discouraging, and make you question your decision to place your child in a program at all. You might be second-guessing yourself and your discernment as reviews that put down the program you have chosen seem to be influential.

Please know that Elevations RTC is completely open about its policies, practices, and staff. We are confident in our program and the people we have chosen to work with it. Each therapist, teacher, and staff member are thoroughly trained and checked, to make certain that each one is qualified to be there. Our therapists and teachers are licensed and highly educated, and our staff receives intense training in order to live up to our standards.

There are many groups on the Internet that have and are willing to fabricate negative reviews about our program and others. They despise troubled teen program in general and use the Internet to perpetuate false accusations and misinformation about the credential of both our program and staff. It is unfair and unjust, especially to parents that are considering a very important change in life. But to combat every single one of them is impossible, so we work instead to prove ourselves by our incredible program and its continuing success.
